Had an electrical issue with my truck. Gave Creech a call, Cameron was very friendly and helpful over phone. Made appointment and the team handled my issue. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the faulty part replaced next day. I was kept in the know throughout the entire process and above all felt I was taken care of timely and at a very reasonable cost. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for routine work

This was my first experience here, on a recommendation from a friend. We are new to Raleigh and I am always a bit weary of a new mechanic/shop. I can’t say enough great things about these folks! Everyone was personable, honest and it was a comfortable spot to wait for my car to be ready! And the sweet pup was icing on the cake! Make a point to bring your vehicle here! I know I’ll be back!

The customer service here is amazing! All the service advisors are friendly, and the dog is super cute! Brought my car in to get some work done, and they were quick and were very communicative. They accidentally messed up some of my aftermarket lights when lifting the car, I called and they had it fixed the next day in less than an hour. I will be recommending them to friends and family and will be my go-to shop from now on.

Amazing experience as always! I found Creech Import Repairs while I was going to NC State and they’ve always went above and beyond. You got a customer for life! Every time I tried a new shop just the experience wasn’t the same. A different shop I went to told my wife if we didn’t pay them $4,000 our steering wheel would just fall off while we were driving. I called Creech import and they told me my tires were probably just out of balance. I told them I use discount tire and they said just to take it to them since it would be free to do the balance, and if anything was still occurring to swing by Creech and they’d help me out. Guess what! It was just the tires. If you’re looking for an honest team that does amazing work making sure you and your family are safe on the road. Definitely call Creech Import Repairs!

I had such a great experience getting my inspection done here. One of the gentlemen on the team truly went above and beyond. He’s been there for a while because I recognized him from the last few visits. I’m currently dealing with a foot injury, and he helped me find handicap-accessible parking, assisted me from my car door through the entire appointment, and made sure I got back to my car safely. The service was quick, efficient, and incredibly kind. I was in and out, but never felt rushed. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion it really meant a lot.

Creech has maintained my Subaru for several years. I often wait in the lobby (which is really comfortable!) while my car is being serviced and am impressed how they treat their customers. I haven’t heard them trying to push services, which I appreciate. I feel they provide quality service for a reasonable price.
